Some Of My Favorite Providers And Products

http://drayerpt.com/ I absolutely cannot say enough about my experiences, yes they are multiple, at Drayer.  I went to the location on Old Post Road in Harrisburg, PA.  From the front office staff, to the insurance office, to the clinicians- these guys are awesome! Not only are they extremely courteous and knowledgeable, but they all have the ability of making you feel as if you are their only patient.  This is one of the best experiences I have ever had as a customer or consumer!

Physical Therapy

http://www.oip.com/ My surgeon is from the practice and again, I cannot say enough about him and this group.  Again, this is an extremely busy practice however, they also make you feel as though you are their only patient.  I see Dr. Richard Hallock and he is the third orthopedic physician I have seen and he will be the last!

http://www.bodylastics.com/ These resistance bands rock! From the door anchor and ankle straps to the adjustable bands and carrying case.  Another great feature of these bands is that you can add or replace individually as well as order a max resistance set. Additionally, the website offers many instructional videos and You Tube is also well stocked with how to videos.

http://www.coreperformance.com/mini-band/?path=/video Mini-bands, the staple of any rehabilitation program.  These little bands can do so much.  I love the look on the faces of the gym rats when I pull out my mini-bands.  I can squat 180 lbs but try a lateral side walk with one of these deceptive bands and your glutes and quads will thank you.  Best part, low impact!

http://www.thera-band.com/ I love to tie a thera-band around my legs when I leg press or squat.  These bands really force you to use your hip flexors and the lateral muscles in your legs.  I am also a huge fan of the stretch strap-and no it is not an implement of torture.

Thera-Band® Exercise Bands

http://thestick.com/ I use this wonderful product to massage the illiotibial band which is a culprit and contributer in chondromalacia and patellofemoral syndrome (PFS).  This is also very useful in the self massage of calves, shoulders, and quads.  Great product!
